Free Introductory Course - AKA, The Release
Technique
Does the Sedona Method Work?
Yes.
I could really leave this question "Does
the Sedona Method work?", alone.
But, I'm sure you're looking for a little more
explaination than that.
I started using, learning, studying, attending,
listening and etcetera to personal development and self help
programs when I was 18. That's about 18 years ago now.
I've found a lot of useful ideas over the years
- from Anthony Robbins to Landmark Education. A lot of stuff
you've probably heard of and some other programs you probably
haven't.
What I often found - I didn't realize it at
the time, but I do now - is these programs left a residual
effect that wasn't pleasant. With Anthony Robbin's work I
spent a lot of time creating pain to get myself to take action
and live with passion! But people in pain aren't very happy
and that would include me.
With other programs, I was "in my head"
a lot. And with others, I just had this underlying feeling
of guilt because I wasn't living with impeccable integrity.
Sure, I had successes. I did work for two U.S.
presidents. I did receive numerous awards and medals in the
Air Force. And I did graduate Magna Cum Laude from the University
I always dreamed of attending.
So, why am I talking about the Sedona Method
now?
Most self help programs make two mistakes, in
my opinion.
1. They focus on thinking. Think positive. Think
about affirmations. Reprogram your thinking.
Problem? Can you tell me your next thought?
If the answer is no, and I already know that it is, then isn't
all of this thinking stuff kind of like driving on ice in
the dark?
Besides that, what happens if you install of
new program in a computer that's infected with a virus? That
terrific new program will be corrupted just like every other
program in the computer.
You have to get rid of the virus first!
2. They don't address the underlying problems.
If you've got a virus, get rid of the virus
first.
Or, you can view it another way. If you're driving
around with your emergency brake on, what's the good of pushing
harder on the gas?
When you learn to release problems using the
Release Technique (which
is actually the program I endorse using - not
the Sedona Method - see more below), then you effectively
take the break off. You eliminate resistance. Free of resistance,
a body in motion stays in motion, right?
So. Does the Sedona Method work? I'll could
write many more pages - and I will in time. But only you can
answer that question, ultimately. Sedona Method founder, Lester
Levenson, used to say "Don't take my word. Prove it to
yourself." And, that's exactly what I suggest you do.
In case you're wondering, this site is in no
way owned, operated, or associated with Hale Dwoskin, the
Sedona Method or Sedona Training Associates.
I was a former employee of Sedona Training Associates and
I've helped hundreds of people using the program.
I now endorse the Release
Technique which is based on the same fundamental work
of Lester Levenson.
It's a better program, a better value and I endorse it whole-heartedly.
